TENANT WELCOME

We provide your tenants with the comfort of transport waiting for them when they arrive at the airport and also have them find a welcome pack of fresh produce to avoid them having to hassle for supplies as soon as they arrive. We also meet tenants on arrival to help them find their way around the property.

REGULAR PROPERTY INSPECTIONS

Apart from basic management, we will aim to inspect the property at regular intervals even during the term of a lease. This helps to keep track of any potential issues that may arise with the way the Tenant is treating the property. Where damages are noted the Tenant will be asked to make good the damage or be charged for it accordingly.

KEY HOLDING

Realhouse offers a standard key holding service. Keys to your property will be kept for safekeeping at our offices and any key transaction is logged by our maintenance staff for you to keep track of movements.

We also supply access transaction logs when electronic access systems are installed.
