INVENTORY MANAGEMENT

It is recommended that an inventory of the contents of the property is prepared prior to the commencement of any lease. This helps to identify what actually belongs to the property at the commencement of the lease and also clarifies situations when disputes arise as to any missing items at the end of the lease.  

 

The Inventory will be checked and signed by each Tenant in the presence of one of our staff, both at the commencement and the end of the lease.
