We are fully aware that every property has different requirements and so our job as Property Managers ensures that you are allowed to enjoy the dividends without the extra stress of the property’s daily management.

 

Working hand in hand with our Rental & Sales departments ensuring that we find you a suitable tenant/s and in turn retaining the full value of the property as it should be. 

 

Offering competitive rates with a variety of options also allows this service to be versatile and unlimited in itself.

 

Our fees are usually 10% of the monthly rental income, however happy to discuss other options with you should this not be favourable to your client. While the property is empty (in-between tenants), instead charging the full amount as we would have discussed, during that period the rate drops to 5% till we find the next tenant.

It is the perfect service for unoccupied properties that require maintenance in the absence of the owner.
